1Why do empty cars not appear in "cars' arrival"?
Empty car distribution is not yet linked up with the SBB in-house cargo information system.
2When printing out the cars, only an empty page with a margin is printed.
If you find yourself in the entry masks, you must first click the print button on the mask and then click your browser's print button.
3The question data are not up to date.
The scope of data feedback corresponds to the data from our SBB in-house cargo information system. However, if you inquire too early, it may be that not all cars are pre-registered. For this reason, always place your inquiry as late as possible.
4The entry mask is cut off on the left side and at the bottom.
You are probably using an operating system other than WIN95 or NT. The g-online application is most suitable for these two operating systems.
5After entering the password and user ID, a blue window appears but nothing else happens.
After entering the access authorization and pressing OK, the entry mask takes form. If this is not the case, please try it with the reload button of your browser. If this fails to solve the problem, it involves a browser problem. The g-online application functions best on WIN95 or NT with browser versions from 4.0 on. We recommend Netscape Navigator 4.xx.
6Starting up the entry mask takes a very long time.
Normally starting up the entry mask should not last longer than one minute. If no mask appears after this time, the reload button should be pressed. If this fails to solve the problem, it probably concerns a server connection problem. Please try it again later.
