The scope of our quality management system encompasses the transport of goods, including logistics and services provided on the network operated by SBB and its partners. This gives SBB Cargo customers an assurance that their consignments will be handled to a consistently high standard until they reach their destination.

SBB Cargo makes a distinction between product quality, which encompasses punctuality, cleanliness and safety, and process quality, which includes throughput times, error rates and non-routine events.
