All property and utilisation rights shall remain with SBB Cargo AG or SBB AG, which can revoke its consent at any time.

The information and services contained in SBB Cargo websites may not be reproduced (in part or in full), communicated (electronically or using other media), modified, linked or used in any other way for public or commercial purposes without the prior written consent of SBB Cargo AG.

Exclusion of liability and warranty claims
SBB Cargo AG shall not be liable for any losses or damage that you or a third party may suffer in connection with your access to or use of SBB Cargo websites, parts thereof or the links provided to third-party websites. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Any disputes to arise between you, as a visitor to and user of an SBB Cargo website, and SBB Cargo AG as a result of your use of or visit to an SBB Cargo website shall be settled at the courts of law with jurisdiction for SBB Cargo AG Headquarters in Basel. Swiss law shall apply.
