By signing the agreement, SBB Cargo declares its readiness to grant you access to the SBB Cargo Internet portal for clients (CIS-online). You declare that you wish to make use of the services that SBB Cargo offers in the scope of CIS-online. The offer of CIS Online concerns the possibility to transmit data electronically at SBB Cargo.

Third-party authorization for queries via Cargo Online regarding wagons
The agreement entitles you to fetch information in the Cargo Online module „wagon disposition“ on the location of wagons and on details of consignments for which another company is sender, consignee or payer of the carriage charge.
